Catie Paterson
Since starting out in her career working with people is not something she felt challenged to learn, nor did she feel the need to suppress. It was simply who she was.
In the past two decades her career has seen her tackle challenging tasks head-on, and deliver practical, tangible results to corporate companies across Australia, Asia and the United States (USA).
Her experience spans across a multitude of industries from hospitality, building, construction, law and information technology (IT), through to banking, finance, retail and not-for-profit. Her toes are well-travelled, and her passion for human development ever increasing.
She has post-graduate qualifications in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management as well as qualifications in business management, leadership training and assessment, and DISC behavioural profiling.
In late 2016, Catie established Catie Paterson HR Business Consulting as a result of increased demand for down-to-earth Human Resources (HR) assistance, advice and guidance. She loves that each job is unique in its own way, and no job is too large or too small and she works within a range of cultures and work environments.
Working as a HR Consultant allows Catie to take the time to develop trust and relationships with her clients to find commercially focused solutions to Human Resources (HR), organisational development and change management issues.
Catie prides herself on her industry knowledge, professionalism, and the desire to deliver great results.
